Cabinet Painting in Indian Trail, NC
Indian Trail is where a large share of OCD’s kitchens are. Fifteen minutes from our Monroe studio, it is full of 1998–2012 homes whose oak and maple cabinets are solid but dated, exactly what painting fixes best. Owner Alicia Slayton estimates and finishes every Indian Trail project herself. Call (980) 254-6711 or send photos for a free estimate.

Cabinet painting in Indian Trail neighbourhoods
Sun Valley, Brandon Oaks, Taylor Glenn, Bonterra and the subdivisions along Old Monroe Road and Indian Trail–Fairview Road were largely built in the early 2000s with builder-grade honey oak or cherry-stained maple. These kitchens are ideal for a sprayed white, greige or two-tone finish. We also see a lot of peeling thermofoil doors in Indian Trail; those can be stripped and painted or replaced with new shaker doors.
Neighbourhoods we work in: Sun Valley, Brandon Oaks, Taylor Glenn, Bonterra, Sheridan, Old Monroe Road corridor.

Frequently asked questions
My Indian Trail kitchen has peeling thermofoil doors. Can they be painted?
If the peeling is minor, we remove the loose foil, fill, prime with a bonding primer and spray. If it is extensive, replacing those doors with paint-grade shaker doors and painting everything to match is usually the better value. See cabinet refacing.
How far in advance should I book?
Typically 2–4 weeks. Spring and the run-up to the holidays book faster.
How much does cabinet painting cost in Indian Trail?
Most Indian Trail kitchens fall between $3,500 and $8,500 depending on the number of doors and drawers, the cabinet material and any colour change. Bathroom vanities start around $600. See our cabinet painting cost guide or call (980) 254-6711 for a free estimate.
How long will my Indian Trail kitchen take?
Most kitchens take 4–6 working days. Doors and drawer fronts are sprayed in our Monroe shop while the frames are done on site, so you keep partial use of the kitchen.
Do you spray or brush?
We spray. Doors off-site in the shop, frames on site after full masking. No brush marks, a smooth factory-style finish.
